I believe the best way to clean the case out is to pour some solution in there and put the lid back on, shake it for some time, and pour it back out.What is the proper way to wash your contact lens cases?
Mild soap and water and rinse well. Change it every month for a brand new case.
I wash it with hot water and let it air dry. Been using the same case for years, it is not necessary to buy a new one unless something is wrong with it.
