Bumps on a log (PB spread into the groove of a celery stalk and topped with raisins.)

Veggie dip -- mix with a little margarine and use it as a dip. You can also add honey to it. This dip packs well in lunch boxes because it requires no refrigeration. It's too stiff for chips, so use carrot sticks or celery sticks with it.

Pindasaus -- Dutch Indonesian peanut sauce. You can use this with a diced-chicken-and-rice casserole or a ground-beef-and-rice casserole. Take 1 cup of PB, 2 cups water, 2 tbl soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp ginger, and a little salt and pepper. Add the water to the PB and gently whisk it in. Once it's thinned, stir in everything else until smooth. Bring to boiling over medium heat, reduce heat, and let simmer about 5 minutes. This stuff is wonderful, and brings PB out of the dessert category.
Donate to charity....
Give it to poor people!!!
Donate the majority of it to a food pantry and keep only what you need.
