What do you think about Planned Parenthood not reporting statuatory rape cases?

Especially, when say a 21 year old impregnates a 15 year old? (search Youtube to see footage of this)What do you think about Planned Parenthood not reporting statuatory rape cases?
I think it's good there is a place a woman or man can go and know that their trust won'be be broken when they ask for complete confidentiality. What do you think about Planned Parenthood not reporting statuatory rape cases?
There are several issues at play here. One is Market share and customers. Underage girls are frequently not using Birth Control as older Teen girls. And are likely to be candidates for PP's services. This is how they derive their core revenues. Second if there is Step Siblings, or Family members involved aka. Brothers and Sisters there may be potential for Abuse.

In some communities Girls shame could result in an Honor Killing. This happened in Dallas recently. The reality is that Girls from 15 to 25 are at the height of their Fertility. We are seeing Teens ever preteens who are sexually active. This is a problem.
I can see the side of Planned Parenthood-if they tell, girls will not come in to get treatment.

Yet statuatory rape is a big problem.

I'd rather the young girls have a place to go to get tested for diseases %26amp; prenatal care.
It is a wise %26amp; prudent decision. One needs to keep in mind the politics involved in everything these days..
as much as these organsiations work on patient confidentiality, i beleive if it was a crime such as rape or underage sex (like the 21yr old n the 15yr old) then why shouldnt it be reported?

doesnt make sense!!
i am not aware of the specifics but i can say that many rape laws will allow the victim to be the one to determine whether he/she presses charges --not the health care professional or other type provider of services. not sure if there is consideration for age of the victim involved though.
The only person who can make a rape claim is the victim. The police can't do anything unless it's her who reports it.

And Planned Parenthood isn't exactly in a position to make value judgements.
They don't report them unless the girl gives permission because they want to avoid bringing abuse down on the girl. If she has an older boyfriend who gets her pregnant and her parents find out, she could be beaten within an inch of her life.
The question is why are the parents letting their 15 year old daughter out of their sight with a 21 year old man?
