the salam witch trails were valating the 6th amendment as was the McCarthy era trails. as to how it was proposed, i am not really sure.Does anyone know of any court cases involving amendment 6?

It was proposed with all 12 amendments proposed in the Bill of Rights. (Though one of the two not ratified was later ratified as the 27th amendment, there still remains one that has not been. Though it simply relates to district apportionment.)
