How do we import test cases from work document in to a test case management tool, if any?

I have huge set of test case documents which is in MS Word, is there any possible way where i could import import these test cases from MS Word to any test case management tool?How do we import test cases from work document in to a test case management tool, if any?
One critical issue is how you have your word documents formatted.





If you have the information in tables or tab layout (that can be converted to a table easily) and the information is consistent each time (same amount of rows, columns, tabs), you can probably copy over the information to excel with not too much difficulty.





If, however you don't have a table or tabbed layout and the information is not consistently laid out, then you would probably have to seek assistance from a software company that provides test case management software. They will probably have software that will look at your word documents and extract the information into their software.
