Theres some stuff that is sold called -Goo-Gone and it works wonders on anything sticky. I use it for everything.
O i think they sell it at office depot for like 5 bucks. or amazon if you dont have an office depot near.
You can try using a blow dryer it heats the glue and makes it easier to get off.
Theres a product called goo gone thats designed specifically for glue residue. You could try that!
Try paint thinner. Acetone will melt the plastic and that's what finger nail polish remover is so don't use that
Putty knife and some soapy water.
rubbing alcohol or goo gone
methylated spirits, it's the best and also ideal round the house for small jobs
Try WD-40 %26amp; a rag ;)
