you will have and ATF tax stamp issue if they give you a bottle with your name on it you have to have a distillers license. So I think you need to re-bottle the vodka yourself.

Why don't you just go to a Office Maxx,Staples,Office Depot. Have them print out labels for you. With your design,and just stick the label over the Alochol bottles. It probably would turn out cheaper doing that instead of finding a label company. Just my guess? If not then try one of the websites.
