How often do you change your sheets and pillow cases?

Just checking to see how others compare in terms of routine and cleanliness. Do you change your sheets and pillow cases after a couple of weeks, once a week, or when they start to smell? I know a few people who would sleep on the same sheet for weeks. Ugh!!!How often do you change your sheets and pillow cases?
Every week to two weeks, depending on ';circumstances';.How often do you change your sheets and pillow cases?
once a week, that's about the extent I can stand them.
At least once a week, sometimes more if I bought new ones because they're my favourite things to buy. New sheets are great...
After every Love Making session.......Often!
Every week, at least. Ever seen what is living on your sheets? Nasty!
I do it everyother week and either vacuum the bed or spray it with febreeze.
weekly in summer, every other week in winter and pillow cases every week.
My mom always taught me to change hte sheets weekly, but I actually change monthly.
Twice weekly
We wash our about once a week. So much more comfy sleeping in a bed made with sheets washed with fabric softener.
The sheets get cleaned about 3/4 times a year when my mother comes and does it.....HA HA HA
Probably a few weeks, they just don't seem that dirty and I like how my bed smells.
Every Saturday morning. Use a quality detergent like Tide and a softener sheet in the dryer. But I don't ';change'; them. They go in the laundry that day and back on the bed by evening. No folding sheets. Besides they are high quality and I only change them when I want a different ';look';. Mattress gets a spray with Febreeze and an airing out. Or a flip every so often.

Now is your chance to get all those dust bunnies. Even the pillows inside the cases go in the wash. (We use four. Again, don't remove pillows from the cases.) They are polyester filled (I'm allergic to down) and fluff beautifully in the dryer. No ironing either. I always wash the spread too. Yes, we have a bedspread, no comforter and dust ruffle nonsense. This way the entire bed ensemble is clean. We have a crocheted coverlet that goes over the spread. It's washed by hand about one a month. It's an heirloom from my great grandmother.
Once a week . I wash with bleach and hot water. I have never gone longer than a week with out washing them ..
In the summer, once a week; in winter, every other week or when I feel like crawling in between nice fresh sheets. Nothing's better - especially w/Tide Simple Pleasures Lavendar %26amp; Vanilla and matching fabric softener.
once a week
At least once a week.
Twice a week and especially special change effects on every weekend.for bed sheet and pillow cases.(covers).
I have to change mine once a week or every 5 days. They start feeling icky to me after 5 days.
About every week unless it becomes necessary before that.

I can't tell you how relieved I am to see that I am not that far out at least this norm!

If they are my super-comfy favorite flannel sheets and it's cold outside, they may stay on for another couple of days, but I don't sleep as well when my sheets are stretched out.
I have a routine to my sheets and bed ensemble. Everything gets washed, ironed and stowed once a week. I vacuum my mattress twice a month and I swear I can actually sleep better!
Every 5-7 days, depending on when I have time. I love the feel of clean sheets against my body.
Once a week for some, every other day for others, for a private home.
Once a week at LEAST!!!!
weekly
At least once a week. More often if someone has a cold, etc.
